For many glamp-camp-gig locations, there is often no convenient connection to a local mains sewer. Getting rid of any wastewater often needs planning permission and generally speaking toilet waste is much more complicated than dealing with surface water. Soak-away cess-pit solutions might deal with surface water waste, but often geographic ground conditions don't make this possible. But, you are still left with getting rid of sewage – harrumph!
